The sheer idea of The Quench homeSTAY was born out of the Covid Catastrophe, 2020!
The Quench, originally was a Learning & Development start up called, The Quench L& D Global Platform. The Quench was struck with MAJOR losses post the covid calamity. The founders were left with just two things in the wake of the pandemic. One, a HUGE financial liability but Two, takes-your-breath-away infrastructure.
Left with little money in the pocket with insatiable hunger to rebound, began the journey of

Each is designed in fashion which caters to the need of small groups as well as single couples and lone rangers. The three unique spaces we have, offer – One Room Property, Two Rooms Property and an entire Stand Alone Villa. all equipped with private terrace and personal living areas along with home away from home ambience . We have fully equipped kitchens at each property with an ace home-cooked food dedicated service provider, impanelled with us.

Shweta, the founder of The Quench homeSTAY, is a living testament to the power of resilience, reinvention, and unwavering determination. A Learning & Development Consultant, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Entrepreneur, her journey has been anything but conventional. Academically, she’s a NET-qualified Psychologist and an IIM Lucknow alum, with two decades of experience leading corporate L&D and HR. But beneath these accolades lies a passionate artist, trained in theatre under the legendary Barry John, and a philanthropist at heart.
As a proud Army wife and mother of two teens, Shweta has faced personal and professional challenges with grace. However, it was during the devastation of the 2020 pandemic that her true strength emerged. Her startup, The Quench L&D Platform, suffered severe financial losses, leaving her with immense debt but an unbreakable spirit.
In the face of adversity, Shweta transformed her hardship into a new opportunity, founding The Quench homeSTAY in November 2022. With limited resources, she turned a dream into reality, a symbol of hope, resilience, and the courage to rebuild. Shweta’s story is a powerful reminder that no matter how great the setback, the drive to rise, grow, and transform leads to the most inspiring comebacks.
During the global lockdown, Abhishek, like many, re-evaluated his priorities and discovered Airbnb hosting as a unique opportunity. Seeing it as more than just a business, he envisioned creating a peaceful retreat where guests could escape the pressures of everyday life and reconnect with nature. Driven by this passion, Abhishek immersed himself in the details of hosting, from design to guest service, with the goal of offering a truly immersive experience. This led to the creation of The Quench homeSTAY, a sanctuary nestled in lush greenery, blending nature with modern comfort.
The Quench homeSTAY stands out for its thoughtful integration with nature, offering guests a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by vibrant plants and serene spaces. Abhishek’s dedication to personalized service and sustainability ensures guests feel cared for and pampered.
